The hotel was quiet in general. The staff were very friendly from check-in to check-out. The location of the property was magnificent.

Stayed here for overnight stay, no complaints. It was fairly clean with attentive and efficient staff from check-in to check-out. We liked breakfast that was included.

This place is pretty clean and located near shops and restaurants, where they serve a delicious freshly made breakfast with waffles, sausage/bacon, and other meat options - definitely worth a try!

The place looked nice overall and the staff was very nice.

My room smelled like an ash tray. There is not supposed to be any smoking in the room I was in but clearly there had been plenty....more like A LOT! Gave me a head ache and ruined my stay.

also, location was comfy and ideal, a 10-15 minute walking distance from mq church. the room with 2 double beds. the staff from start to finish were attentive and responsive.

This place is conveniently located near a movie theater and restaurants, with friendly and accommodating staff who provide well-equipped and pet-friendly rooms here from start to finish.

The facility had NO information of any kind on surrounding area, restaurants, maps or anything else. The room and front desk were sterile.

Was not told non smoking when I signed the registration I was told it was my receipt never informed non smoking my credit card was charged 75.00 without my knowledge my account was totally messed up

Room was clean and well appointed, except the desk chair was broken.

When I went to check out, there was no one at the desk. I saw an employee outside the door smoking, who looked right at me several times and knew I was standing there waiting to check out, as I had my luggage in hand. After SEVEN MINUTES she finished her cigarette and came in to take care of me. Her name tag said Caitlin. She needs to be educated on customer service.

Location was good and the staff was friendly.

Our room wasn't cleaned after our first night. We were gone all day and came back to a smelly room from wet towels. No beds made. The next day our remote control was missing and after reporting it that morning I still had to go back down that evening to request one.

The breakfast here is great with freshly made waffles and meat, and the rooms come equipped with a fridge and microwave, along with good service.

There was nothing very likable this trip.

We have stayed at this hotel several times now and we were very disappointed with our stay this time. The hotel seemed less kept up, we received no housekeeping one day of our stay and the attendant did not keep the breakfast bar stocked on our last day. There were a lot of people and they would completely run out of something before it was replenished. We probably won't return to this location.
